Delivery is $33.00 (incl GST) per order, delivered anywhere in Australia. This price is regardless of how many blinds you order.
On average, it takes approximately 3 weeks to manufacturer your custom blinds, and approximately 8 week for plantation shutters. Once your blinds have been completed, one of the iseekblinds.com.au team members will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
We have teamed with TNT Express for the delivery of our blinds. TNT requires someone to be home to accept delivery. If you are unable to be home we can arrange for your blinds to be left in a safe place outside your home or delivered to an alternate address (i.e. your work).
After receiving your blinds, we ask that you inspect your delivery. If the box is damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to iseekblinds.com.au. Please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Once iseekblinds.com.au has received the damaged goods we will immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds.
If you discover that there is damage please report this to us within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim. If iseekblinds.com.au is not notified within five days, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost.
