limited lifetime warranty (excludes plantation shutters)
All custom made i seek blinds are covered
by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is extended
to you as the original purchaser, for as long as you own
the blinds in a residential application.
i seek blinds warrants that our
products will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for this period of time.
If warranty service is ever needed please contact i seek blinds and
a repair or replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.
This warranty does not cover:
All materials can lose their original intensity after
long periods of time in the sun. When left for extended
periods in sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords
will eventually wear out. We consider these things to be
normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.
Colours may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match
sample swatches or previous purchases. Please be sure to
order all blinds in the same room together for the best
possible matching.
If your products are defective during the warranty period,
we will repair or replace the defective product. This shall
be your only remedy under this warranty.
i seek blinds accepts no liability for;

Incidental or consequential damages;
-
In no event shall we liable for transportation costs
to and from i seek blinds;
-
Cost of removal or re-installation of our product/s.

plantation shutters warranty
I seek blinds warrants its internal shutters for a period of Two (2) years, and it’s
componentry for a period of one (1) year, for any defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does
not include freight and installation costs. The warranty is in addition to any other obligations
imposed by law. To make a claim against the ‘Terms & Conditions of Warranty’ the original
invoice is required. By placing an order with i seek blinds, you are accepting the Terms and
Conditions set out in this warranty policy.
The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Overexposure to moisture
• Maintenance and care not in accordance with the recommendations listed on this site
• Incorrect installation
• Incorrect measuring/ordering by dealer
• Damage to premises
• Use of silicon based sprays
colour disclaimer
Please order free
colour samples before placing any orders. All computer
monitors display colours differently and these can vary
considerably.
Natural timber will also vary in colour because of its
natural grain. Western Red Cedar is graded ‘light',
'medium' and 'dark’ please expect variation within
these grading and within the blind itself. There is no
way we can deliver a timber blind to an exact colour.
Order all blinds for the same room together to ensure
that the same batch is used. Dye lot variation can appear
between finished blinds and from colour samples. The variances
are minimal, but they can occur.

cancellation or changes
If you need to change or cancel your order please phone
us on 1300 664 257 the following business day. i
seek blinds can be contacted Monday to Friday,
8.30 to 5.00 (EST). Because your custom made blinds will
begin to be manufactured immediately after this period, i
seek blinds can only accept this time frame. In
the event that this time passes i seek blinds will
not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
i seek blinds reserves the right to cancel
your order if:

Your payment was declined by your financial institution;
-
We cannot fulfil your order due to shortage of stock
(we will contact you to suggest a suitable replacement);
-
One or more of the goods you order was listed at an
incorrect price, due to a typographical error listed
on this website or due to website malfunction;
-
You require delivery outside Australia.
If we do cancel your order we will re-credit your credit
card and notify you via email as soon as possible. i
seek blinds will not be liable to offer any compensation
for any pain or suffering caused by the cancellation.

refunds or returns
i seek blinds are custom made to your
exact specifications, thus they are not suitable for re-sale
or restocking. Please be sure that you check all details
thoroughly before finalising your order. We will automatically
charge your credit card for the total sale price after
you have completed your order online by phone or fax.

delivery
Delivery is $33.00 (incl GST) per order delivered anywhere in Australia
- regardless of how many blinds you order.
Once your order is complete i seek blinds will
contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. If your
blinds are delivered and you are not at home, a calling
card will be left by the courier with details on how to
collect your blinds.
Every effort is made to complete your order (contract)
within 21 Days. However, no responsibility is taken for
delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.

freight damages
After receiving your blinds we ask that you inspect and
report any damage within five days of delivery. Please
do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged
in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.
If i seek blinds is not notified within
this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged
item or replacement cost. If the box is damaged upon receipt,
please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to i
seek blinds. Please notify us immediately so that
we can file a claim with the carrier. Once i seek
blinds has received the damaged goods we will
immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds.
