Fast Delivery

Understanding that window coverings are usually needed as soon as possible, we work with a sense of urgency to get your blinds to you in the fastest possible time frame.  In addition, we offer a “Fast Pass” service for those super urgent requests.

Once your blinds have been manufactured and your order is completed in full they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details.

*Please Note: - Our Custom Made products vary in manufacturing time dependent upon the type of products ordered.  If you have ordered a number of different products, we will collate your order and wait for all products to be ready before we deliver.  If you would like to receive some of these products earlier, you can elect to ‘Split Your Delivery’ as you proceed through the Check-out process. Additional freight charges may apply.

iseekblinds may not be able to deliver to all regional areas of Australia. We will advise you at the time of order where nearest depot is available for customer collection.

From time to time we can experience supplier delays outside of our control.  As soon as we are made aware of any delays, we will endeavour to contact you immediately and keep you informed of progress.

WA Deliveries – Plantation Shutters

PLEASE NOTE: All Plantation Shutter deliveries to Western Australia are sent with Bohaul Express and will be available for pick up at their depot in Maddington, Perth.  We will notify you via email once your Plantation Shutters have been despatched from our warehouse.  Once your order arrives at Bohaul Express, Bohaul Express will contact you directly to notify you that your order is ready for collection.

Fast Pass

Need your blinds in a hurry?  For all those super urgent requests, iseekblinds offers a Fast Pass service for our Rollers, Double Rollers & Roman Blinds.

All Fast Pass requests are fast tracked through our production facility. 

At iseekblinds we won’t cramp your style.  With Fast Pass you can select from any of our available fabric ranges.

All Fast Pass blinds will be manufactured within three business days. The manufacturing of orders will begin the following business day. This means if you place your order on Monday your three days commences from Tuesday and your blinds will be dispatched on Thursday.

*Please Note: - If you place an order for additional products that have a normal turnaround on the same order as your Fast Pass blinds, extra delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Charges

Our standard flat shipping rate is $33 (inc GST) per order for all products excluding Plantation Shutters.  Our standard shipping rate for Plantation Shutters is calculated by square metre per order.  This will be calculated for you as you proceed through the Check-out process.  If your freight charges exceed this amount due to sizes, quantities ordered or a regional area outside our delivery zones, extra shipping charges may apply.  In these circumstances we will call you prior to processing your order.

Authority to leave

Iseekblinds will advise you of our despatch date when your order leaves our warehouse. As it is not possible to nominate an exact date and time of delivery, all deliveries to a nominated address must have an "Authority to Leave" the packages if no one is home to accept the delivery. If you are unable to have an "Authority to Leave" then you can nominate to collect your order from a local depot.

Direct Freight Express Depots

If you are unable to have an "Authority to leave", you can nominate a Direct Freight Express depot to collect your order from.

Simply select 'Local Depot' as you proceed through the Check out process and nominate your preferred depot for collection.

*PLEASE NOTE that your Delivery Insurance covers your order during transit between the iseekblinds warehouse in Melbourne and your nominated Direct Freight Express Depot only.  

Freight Damages

After receiving your blinds, we ask that you inspect and report any damage within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.

If iseekblinds is not notified within this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost.

If the box is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Follow the steps below:

If you are home at the time of delivery and the box is damaged, please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to iseekblinds.

Once iseekblinds has received the damaged goods we will immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds provided the delivery insurance was paid for at the time of purchase. (See Delivery Insurance below)

Alternatively, if you were not home at the time of delivery:

1/ Take a photo of the boxes to demonstrate the damage

2/ Email it through to  sales@iseekblinds.com.au with a description of the issue.

You can also call Customer Service on 1300 664 257 to report the fault.

Once iseekblinds has assessed the damage, we will immediately a solution put in place to either repair or re-manufacture your blinds provided the delivery insurance was paid for at the time of purchase. (See Delivery Insurance below)

Delivery Insurance

 Delivery Insurance - Covers you against any loss or damage to your order during transit (+5%)  

The cost of delivery insurance (5% of your purchase price of products only) is automatically added to your shipping costs at the time of checkout. This covers you against any loss or damage during transit.
If you choose not to take out the delivery insurance, any damage or loss of Blinds* will not be covered and iseekblinds accepts no responsibility or claims.

If you have selected to collect your order from a Local Depot, PLEASE NOTE that your Delivery Insurance covers your order during transit between our warehouse and your nominated Direct Freight Express Depot only.
