Pelmet 95 - An Overview

Michael gives you an overview of the Pelmet 95.

He takes you through the key features and demonstrates how it will transform your finished outside mounted blinds by concelaing the roll tube and brackets. In addition, the Pelmet 95 protects your blinds from dust as it has a solid aluminium roof.   Installation with a Pelmet 95 is super easy.  The Roller Blind brackets are already fitted inside the pelmet for you - including the intermediate brackets for your linked blinds.  Therefore you just need to attach your Pelmet 95 to your architrave or wall and simply pop your Roller blinds in. It couldn't be easier!

Outside Mount

The Pelmet 95 is only available for Single or Single Linked roller blinds, Outside mounted, with a Back rolled fabric direction.

Below are 2 different ways to measure your windows for an outside mounted blind with a Pelmet 95.

*Please note: iseekblinds will not make any deductions for Outside Mounted Blinds

Positioning your Pelmet 95

1.  Michael's pick - Achieve greater light control & privacy

Measure from the outside edge of the architrave to the outside edge of the architrave. Then add an extra 30mm past the outside edge of the architrave on both sides (if space permits) - adding a total of 60mm to your overall width.

This will become the width measurement you enter when placing your order and represents the finished size of the pelmet, not the fabric.

By adding the extra 60mm, your fabric will extend past the architraves for full coverage on both sides, thereby reducing light gaps.

Michael loves the way the fabric then blends into the wall without the disruption of the architrave.

The pelmet 95 comes complete with the roller blind brackets already fitted inside.  Once the pelmet is installed, the blind simply clicks into position.

2. Flush with architrave

Measure from the outside edge of the architrave to the outside edge of the architrave for a flush finish.

This will become the width measurement you enter when placing your order and represents the finished size of the pelmet, not the fabric.

The pelmet 95 will sit flush with the outside edge of the architrave (see image)

Pelmet 95 dimensions

The Pelmet 95 extends 85mm out from the architrave and has a height of 95mm.
