iseekblinds offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right for you.
We understand that buying blinds for your home can be a significant investment, therefore we recommend you only order one blind the first time around. This way you can judge the quality and workmanship of our products for yourself. It is for this reason that we can only offer our satisfaction guarantee on the first blind ordered.
Additionally, as colour selection is very important, we require you to order our FREE fabric samples in order to utilise our satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please take the following steps:
- Take a photo of your product.
- Email it through to iseekblinds with a description of the issue, including your order number.
- You can also call Customer Service on 1300 664 257
Once we receive your communication, we will assess the situation and ask you to return the product for our review.
If the product is deemed faulty, iseekblinds will replace the product free of charge. Alternatively, you have the option of asking for a full refund of the purchase price.
