Colour Disclaimer

We recommend our customers to order our Free Colour samples before placing any orders. All computer monitors display colours differently and these can vary considerably.

Order all blinds for the same room together to ensure that the same batch is used. Dye lot variation can appear between finished blinds and from colour samples. The variances are minimal, but they can occur.


Some pictures in this web site are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly reflect the actual blind.

Refunds & Returns

Cancellation or Changes

Custom made blinds

We are here to help. If you realise after you have placed your order that you have made a mistake, you have 24 hours (or the next business day) to contact us to make any amendments. Please phone us on 1300 664 257 to ensure we are notified of the changes.  iseekblinds can be contacted Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (EST) and Fridays 8.30am - 4.00pm (EST).

Because your custom made blinds will begin to be manufactured immediately after this period, iseekblinds can only accept this time frame. In the event that this time passes iseekblinds will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.

iseekblinds reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • Your payment was declined by your financial institution;

  • We cannot fulfil your order due to shortage of stock (we will contact you to suggest a suitable replacement);

  • One or more of the goods you order was listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error listed on this website or due to website malfunction;

  • You require delivery outside Australia.

If we do cancel your order, we will re-credit your credit card and notify you via email as soon as possible. iseekblinds will not be liable to offer any compensation for any pain or suffering caused by the cancellation.

Incorrect Product Sizes

At iseekblinds, we take pride in making it as easy as possible to guide you through the measuring process and ensure you get it right. Review the measuring instructions provided online and contact us directly should you have any questions that are not answered on the website, you have a specific situation that requires specialised advice or are simply not sure before you place your order.

Before submitting your order, be sure to check and double check your measurements as well as reviewing your cart to confirm you have entered the measurements incorrectly before proceeding through to Checkout.

All iseekblinds products are custom made to your exact specifications, thus we are unable to offer a return on your custom made blinds as they have been made specific to your unique windows, and are therefore not suitable for resale or restocking.

iseekblinds takes no responsibility for products that have been ordered incorrectly.

Faulty Goods

After receiving your goods, we ask that you inspect and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a product that is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take a photo of the product to demonstrate the fault
  2. Email it through to sales@iseekblinds.com.au with a description of the issue.

You can also call Customer Service on 1300 664 257 to report the fault.

The team here at iseekblinds will assess the situation. If it is deemed that the fault was made in production of the product, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge. Alternatively, you have the option of asking for a full refund.

Spare Parts & Temporary Blinds

Spare Parts are defined as the following products as per the Website: Roller Blind spare parts, Curtain spare parts - excludes sample kits. 

If a Spare Part or Temporary blind has been purchased and is not suitable for your particular need, we may offer you a refund provided that the refund:

Is made within 30 days of purchase
You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase
The box of temporary blinds has been unopened
The product is returned in a saleable condition at your own cost

Our team members will assess the item to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

Please note that delivery and delivery insurance costs are non-refundable.

Plantation Shutters

PVC Plantation Shutters Material - Width & Weight

Important please note:  Due to the weight and nature of PVC shutters it is common for panel widths that are greater, but not limited to, 750mm to drop slightly once they have been opened out of the frame and will need to be lifted gently to be closed back into the frame. I seek blinds considers this normal for this type of shutter and therefore is not subject to any fault or warranty claim.

Normally 5-10 business days*.  Please note that we are experiencing longer than normal manufacturing timeframes.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from placement of order.

Plantation Shutters - Kits

Once your blinds have been manufactured and your order is completed in full they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details.

* Manufacturing timeframes can extend during busy periods, and especially the lead-up to Christmas.  Covid has also played a part.  For our current manufacturing lead-times, please view our news page here.  

Important: - Our custom made products vary in manufacturing time dependent upon the type of products ordered.  If you have ordered a number of different products, we will collate your order and wait for all products to be ready before we deliver.  If you would like to receive some of these products earlier, you can elect to ‘split your delivery’ as you proceed through the check-out process. Additional freight charges will apply.

* Delivery times may vary depending upon location.

Once your blinds have been manufactured and your order is completed in full they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details. If at any stage you want to see the status of your order, please log-in to your account for an update. 

Please note:  we cannot accept a PO box or Parcel Locker for a delivery address.

From time to time we can experience supplier delays outside of our control.  As soon as we are made aware of any delays, we will endeavour to contact you immediately and keep you informed of progress.

Delivery Charges

Our standard flat shipping rate is $33 (Inc. GST) per order* for all products nationally excluding plantation shutters. Our standard shipping rate for plantation shutter kits is calculated at $17.50 per square metre per order, with a minimum charge of $33.   This will be calculated for you as you proceed through the check-out process.  

*If your freight charges exceed the amount invoiced due to sizes, quantities ordered or a regional area outside our delivery zones, extra shipping charges may apply.  Long length surcharges may also apply - see below for more information. Please note these additional charges are passed on at cost from our couriers. When your order is received, iSeekBlinds will assess it for any additional freight charges owing.  In these circumstances, we will call you prior to processing your order.

Temporary blinds have a standard flat shipping rate of $15 (Inc GST).

Authority to leave

Iseekblinds will advise you of our despatch date when your order leaves our warehouse. As it is not possible to nominate an exact date and time of delivery, all deliveries to a nominated address must have an "Authority to Leave" the packages if no one is home to accept the delivery.

Freight Damages

After receiving your blinds, we ask that you inspect and report any damage within 5 days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.

If iseekblinds is not notified within this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost.

If the box is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Follow the steps below:

If you are home at the time of delivery and the box is damaged, please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to iseekblinds.

Once iseekblinds has received the damaged goods we will immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds provided the delivery insurance was paid for at the time of purchase. (See Delivery Insurance below)

Alternatively, if you were not home at the time of delivery:

  1. Take a photo of the boxes to demonstrate the damage
  2. Email it through to sales@iseekblinds.com.au with a description of the issue.

You can also call Customer Service on 1300 664 257 to report the fault.

Once iseekblinds has assessed the damage, we will immediately put a solution in place to either repair or re-manufacture your blinds provided the delivery insurance was paid for at the time of purchase. (See Delivery Insurance below)

Delivery Insurance

Delivery Insurance - Covers you against any loss or damage to your order during transit (+2.5%)  

The cost of delivery insurance (2.5% of your purchase price of products only) is automatically added to your shipping costs at the time of checkout. This covers you against any loss or damage during transit.
If you choose not to take out the delivery insurance, any damage or loss of Blinds* will not be covered and iseekblinds accepts no responsibility or claims.

Marketing Updates

Upon acceptance, it is considered part of the iseekblinds terms and conditions that you agree to receive updates from iseekblinds on special offers, handy hints and helpful articles.  If you do not wish to receive these emails you can simply unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the marketing emails.   Alternatively, please send an email to sales@iseekblinds.com.au requesting to be removed from our mailing list.  We will be sad to see you go.
