I started my initial consult with a video consult which i highly recommend, as Michael was able to see my window style, double hang and tell me which set up best suited what i wanted the end result to look like. I was told from the start expect order to arrive in 10 weeks, but advised shipping delay so pushed back 2 weeks. Finally arrived well packaged and in great condition. What a product 10 out of 10 for value and great customer updates along the way telling me where my order is up to. Next I was worried I'd stuff up installation but after watching the installation videos a hundred times lol, I took my time and it got easier. 1 down and 13 to go. Highly recommend.

I purchased four of the cheapest express black-out blinds for a rental property we had just moved into with insufficient blind coverage! The price was fair and the blinds ready in 3 days as promised. We live close to the factory, so I picked them up. When I got home, I discovered I had foolishly ordered the wrong colour bottom rail on one of the blinds - when I contacted the company asking if I could buy a replacement one, they offered to replace it free of charge if I brought the blind back. I did, and got to see some of the blind making process in the factory itself when it was replaced! The blinds were super easy to install even with one person - literally under 10 minutes Great experience, and we will be back once we've built our new house!

Perfect fit!

To be honest, I was skeptical at first. I wanted to add a plantation shutter to a window in our hallway and thought I'd give iseek blinds a go. I sent the measurements in and waited for about 2 weeks. I spent roughly 30 mins putting it together and was pleasantly surprised as it fit perfectly. "As a previous customer of iseek our daughter put us onto iseekblinds. We were re-painting and decorating our bedroom and living areas, initially purchased motorised block out roller blind for our bedroom essentially to try before we buy the blinds for our living area. We were un-sure what the powder coated pelmet would look like as we were use to padded material style previously. We were happy with the clean look and are unobtrusive. Service- No issues with ordering, delivery or quality. First blinds we ordered on Sunday night and received following Friday, installed Saturday, done in less than a week. The second lot of blinds, ordered on Thursday night, received the following Friday. Installation- My husband is an electrician so we purchased motorised motors. He found installation of the blinds and programming fairly easy and the support videos do simplify the installation steps. Overall we have had positive experience and happy with the price we paid. As the blinds are new and look great, cant comment on the longevity of them. From our limited research and with no knowledge of the industry, it is our understanding most blind/curtain manufactures source their components and fabrics from same/similar wholesalers."

Blinds for Home & Shack – Perfect Fit Every Time

We have purchased roller blinds and a covered pelmet 3 separate times from iseek blinds, automatic blinds for home and a chain drive for our shack. The quality has been excellent each time and they are so easy to install. We live in SA and the last 2 blinds ordered spanned over 5 metres for which we wanted a covered pelmet, as Michael said the pelmet length made transport to SA cost prohibitive we decided to make our own with Michael supplying the matching fabric with our blinds. We did have a small issue when we were programming the remote (my fault) where the blind back rolled and jammed resulting in the bracket twisting , anyway a quick call to iseek and a replacement was sent in the post that day and we received the next day. The blinds look fantastic and have made a huge difference in keeping the heat in, we live in the Adelaide hills and even though we have double glazed doors we were losing a lot of heat from such a big expanse of glass.

A second visit was made to pick up left & right brackets for double roller blinds (top-front)... So after satisfying ourselves that installation would not be an issue and then selecting the fabrics & colours we ordered motorized double blinds for the windows and were pleasantly surprised when they were manufactured/assembled & delivered in under 2 weeks! "Must say I am impressed. I am particularly concerned with the toxins we are bringing into our homes. Iseek video on VOC and off gassing at least shows they are aware and hopefully doing lots of testing to ensure their products are as safe as possible. The blind itself? I ordered a tester for a small kitchen window. Looks great, sleek and very stylish. Does exactly what I was wanting in way of filtering light, that nasty western wall. Will I order more? YUP !! I would like to suggest that a pelmet be available for inside fit blinds. A flashing is all that is needed to sit over the blind to cover any imperfections and slight leveling variations. I've had to fit mine an inch or so from the top as I have block walls, square set windows, no framing, so very difficult to fit flush to the top. still looks good but a flashing would just finish the job."

Massive Savings with Stunning Results

Initially I got quotes from the local installer and was unpleasantly shocked at the prices. I searched Whirlpool.net.au for other peoples experience with blinds and ISeekBlinds was recommended.The whole process was so easy. I just followed the instructions on their website e.g. sent for and received the free blind samples. Measured the width and drop of the blinds. Went online, created and paid for the order. Blinds, brackets and Hub arrived within two weeks.Installed and controlling three sets of linked blinds via phone app within 2 hours.So easy and the price difference between ISeekBlinds and local suppliers was ridiculous. Nearly half the price.A big shout out to Mike for having an Australian made Company. Also a big thx to his team. It appeared to be sent by workers that really cared about their product i.e. manufactured quality blinds. "Although we have beautiful curtains at all our windows we purchased 2 blinds for our back bedrooms simply because of the amount of sun that is on those windows most of the day and we wanted to protect the curtains and carpets from sun damage and didn’t really want to go the window tint route. The blinds looks amazing and do a brilliant job of keeping the sunlight off the curtains I was a little concerned they might distract from the look of the curtains, however they actually add to the look and I get to choose just how much or how little sunlight I allow into the room. We have installed all nine shutters with only one incorrectly measured window but an email fixed that up. The outside frame was sanded and the shutters fitted perfectly. Mine were the PVC shutters and they look brilliant. I am so happy with the result and a sense of pride that I DIY myself - with my sons help. Really if we can do it anyone can do it. Ordered a total of 5 shade and 5 blockout roller blinds, all motorised all done online with no issues and found plenty of helpful videos, built and arrived within 3 weeks, the product and material were all well made and of good quality, the only issue when installing then blinds was a faulty motor in the largest blockout blind, this was replaced within a week, it would have been quicker but I think they got distracted halfway thru the email and forgot about it until I called to follow up, once received they arranged for the faulty one to be picked up and returned, product and items great, follow up service close but not perfect, still needs a bit of work, will be buying more as the value for money and products are great.

Shutters - beautiful

We purchased shutters for the majority of our windows, 15 all up. We ordered the samples and used those to compare to our architraves. We selected the silk white, which isn't a perfect match but is close enough. We bought a digital measuring tape as our windows aren't square. My partner has been installing them for 1 1/2 days. I got a quote from a local company for $20,000. Our order was less than $9000. We are over the moon with them and have already ordered 4 more. Highly recommend this company. Easy to deal with, and they were delivered 10 weeks on the dot.

Excellent Quality and Top Notch Customer ServiceWe have had an array of double-head motorised blinds from these guys for just over a year now and can't praise them enough for the quality and performance of the materials and motors used.From the outset, they made choosing the colour scheme so easy - with an extensive choice of free samples in advance.Then it was like having an assistant in the room with us, with Mike's full-blown video tutorials covering install, programming and adjustment.We just recently had one motor fail, but Noel had a replacement sent over to WA for us within five days! Plantaion shutter makeover

After giving a local company a chance to quote for my whole house on the south coast which came in at $11.600 supply and install, I decided to give Iseek a go and completed the whole house for under $5800. What a saving and no issues with installation. The family & friends love the quality and the difference it has made to the old house. Do yourself a favour, have a go and save yourself a fortune . If you know how to use a cordless drill and are able to read a level you can do this.

Absolutely stoked with our sheer and block out curtains! The website has videos to explain how to measure appropriately and also installation guides.My husband measured twice to make sure all measurements were correct, ordering was straight forward and easy online.Manufacturing time was very reasonable, at around 5 weeks. Got a few quotes for roller blinds and iseek blinds were by far the best quote, easy online ordering system & the husband said they were very easy to install. Don't understand why I worried!

"I have a 3 panel sliding stacker door and a large bedroom window. Looking for ready-made blinds was a pain, I couldn't get the fit both windows being 3 metres wide. I didn't want a join in the middle of the bedroom blind where light would get in and I wanted something that allowed me to open parts of the 3 door stacker but not being restricted having to open all.\n\nI ordered the samples for both the roller blinds and some sheer curtains (which I am yet to order). Picked the colour to match my paint did my measurements as described in Michael's videos and voila!\n\nThere was a small hiccup with the fabric for the roller blinds I ordered, it was a new product and I had to wait for it to come in. I spoke with Hannah and Michael and was assured that I would be notified as soon as it was in and they would be ready. Sure as they had promised, Michael called, advised they would be made that day and put on a courier. I received them the following day. They are now hung and I am so happy. I purchased the extra delivery insurance and thankfully I did as my 4m panel blind rail got bent in transit, I flicked iseek blinds an email with some pictures and they sent out a new rail really quickly with no issues. Great shutters - couldn't be happier

We really wanted shutters but the quotes we had done were out of our price range. We came across iseekblinds and found that we could save lots of money. Neither of us are particularly handy, so we were a little nervous about measuring up and installing ourselves. But it was so easy! Great example of a fantastic online business

We ordered several roller blinds and roman blinds and are very happy with the product and the service received from iseekblinds. Of course, saving half the quoted price from Spotlight for the same blinds was an added bonus. They saved us $2k and it only took a couple of hours to install all 9 blinds, including a linked blind system for our bifold doors. It was so easy to order online, the free samples arrived within a week and I like that they included a reply paid envelope so that the samples could be returned to them. The blinds arrived in the specified timeframe and were well packaged. Measuring and installation was simple following their instructions online but we did have a query and when we called them, our questions were answered straight away. We did have a problem with one of the roman blinds and iseekblinds sent us a new one shortly after emailing them about the problem blind. Their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Just purchased 3.6m joined roller blockout blinds for sliding doors & single 2.7m roller blockout. Really good quality. Really easy to fit. Screws didn’t need pre-drilling.
