We recognise that shopping online for your window covering solutions can be fraught with confusing messages and unclear outcomes when it comes to pricing. To remove the smoke and mirrors and to assist you in your research phase from the convenience of where ever you are and at a time that suits you, the Quick Quote has been designed to do just that.
It gives you a quick overview of pricing for each product based on your width & drop and selected fabric / material. For most straight forward windows, this is what you will pay. With some products, there are more customised options available that if selected may add additional costs. For an accurate price, please proceed to the specific Product Order Form. The final price you see when using the Product Order Form is what you will pay.

Do iSeekBlinds provide a measure and install service?
At iSeekBlinds, our goal is to provide you with the best quality products at the most affordable prices, and to achieve that we don't provide a traditional measure and install service. Instead, we've created a huge resource of videos and instructions that will guide you step by step through the measuring and installation process for each of our products.
DIY Installation - It’s so much easier than you think!

What happens if I measure incorrectly?
At iSeekBlinds, we take pride in making it as easy as possible to guide you through the measuring process and ensure you get it right. Review the measuring instructions provided online and contact us directly if you have any questions or are simply not sure. Before you submit your order, be sure to check and double check your measurements as well as reviewing your cart to confirm you have entered the measurements in correctly before proceeding to checkout.
We are here to help. If you realise after you have placed your order that you have made a mistake, you have 24 hours (or the next business day) to contact us to make any amendments. Unfortunately, after this time we are unable to offer a return on your custom made blinds as they have been made specific to your unique windows, which means we are unable to resell the goods.

Delivery & Timings
When will I receive my blinds?
Understanding that window coverings are usually needed as soon as possible, we work with a sense of urgency to get your blinds to you in the fastest possible time frame. Once your order is processed, on average, it takes approximately*:

Once your products have been manufactured and your order is completed in full they will be dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details.
- Manufacturing timeframes for all products may extend past the abovementioned times during busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas. Please view our current lead times here.
- Our custom made products vary in manufacturing time dependent upon the type of products ordered. If you have ordered a number of different products, we will collate your order and wait for all products to be ready before we deliver. If you would like to receive some of these products earlier, you can elect to Split Your Delivery as you proceed through the checkout process. Additional freight charges may apply.

How do I know what day my blinds are going to be delivered?
Once your blinds have been completed they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details. As it is not possible to nominate an exact date and time of delivery, all deliveries to a nominated address must have an "authority to leave" the packages if no one is home to accept the delivery. If you are unable to have an "authority to leave" then you can nominate to collect your order from a local depot.
After I order my blinds can I make any changes?
Please take a moment to review your order in your cart carefully and make any necessary changes before proceeding through to check out. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours or the following business day. iSeekBlinds staff are on hand to respond to enquiries Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (EST) and Fridays 8.30am - 4.00pm (EST). Because your custom made blinds will begin to be manufactured immediately after this period, iSeekBlinds can only accept this time frame. In the event that this time passes iSeekBlinds will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
What are the Delivery Charges?
Our standard flat shipping rate is $33 (Inc. GST) per order for all products nationally excluding plantation shutters. Our standard shipping rate for plantation shutters is calculated at $17.50 per square metre, per order, with a minimum charge of $33. This will be calculated for you as you proceed through the checkout process. If your freight charges exceed the amount invoiced due to sizes, quantities ordered or a regional area outside our delivery zones, extra shipping charges may apply. Long length surcharges may apply - see below for more information. Please note these additional charges are passed on at cost from our couriers. When you order is received, iSeekBlinds will assess it for any additional freight charges owing. In these circumstances, we will call you prior to processing your order.
Freight for window coverings is known as 'ugly' freight - our products can't be packed into small square boxes to move automatically down a conveyor belt. Our freight, therefore, requires manual handling and as a result, long length surcharges are applied by the freight companies as per the below. Please note iSeekBlinds is not in the freight business, meaning we don't profit from freight. All additional surcharges from the couriers are passed on at cost.
When your order is received, iSeekBlinds will assess it for any additional freight charges owing. We will then call you directly to discuss before we start the manufacturing process.
For lengths greater than 3000mm - an additional $20 per box will apply
For lengths greater than 4000mm - an additional $35 per box will apply
For lengths greater than 5000mm - an additional $65 per box will apply
For lengths greater than 6000mm - an additional $250 per box will apply
*Please note: lengths are calculated once the product has been safely packaged and prepared for dispatch. For example, a track/blind of 2800mm, will easily reach 3000mm once it has been packaged. This packaging is necessary to protect the product during transit, ensuring it has a buffer at both ends and on the sides as well.
iSeekBlinds will pack the product securely and efficiently as possible and can include up to 2 x curtain tracks in a single box. Up to 4 x roller blinds can be packaged in the one box. Up to 2 x pelmets can be packaged in the one box.
Why should I pay for Delivery Insurance?
Delivery Insurance covers you against any loss or damage to your order during transit (+2.5%)
Products such as plantation shutters, pelmets, wider blinds and curtain tracks are fragile and can be damaged if not handled correctly. Although we do everything possible to ensure your goods are packaged to the highest of standards, most couriers are 3rd party providers and not under our control. iSeekBlinds highly recommends taking out Delivery Insurance at time of purchase.
The cost of delivery insurance (2.5% of your purchase price of products only) is automatically added to your shipping costs at the time of checkout. If you choose not to take out the delivery insurance, any damage or loss of your products will not be covered and iseekblinds accepts no responsibility or claims.
What happens if my blinds are damaged in transit?
It doesn’t happen often, though unfortunately there can be the odd occasion when your products may be damaged during transit. After receiving your products, we ask that you inspect and report any damage within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install products that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim.
If iSeekBlinds is not notified within this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details
Can I collect my order from iSeekBlinds?
Yes, you can. Select ‘Free pickup at iSeekBlinds’ as you proceed through the checkout process. Just make sure that you are aware of the size of your order and bring the appropriate vehicle and strappings to ensure you can get your precious cargo home safely.
How quickly can I receive my Temporary Blinds?
Knowing that when you order temporary blinds you need them immediately, our temporary blinds are despatched SAME DAY if ordered before midday. We send them via Direct Freight Express to get them to you as soon as possible.
Samples - Rollers, Plantation Shutters & Curtains
Are your samples really FREE?
Yes! Our samples are provided free of charge, no matter how many you order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and ensure you are making the right choice for your interior décor. This is why iSeekBlinds highly recommends you order free samples before placing your order.
Free samples give you an opportunity to see the materials ‘in the flesh’ and enable you to match the fabric colours with your paintwork and furnishings for the best result. We enclose a reply paid envelope with each sample pack so you can return your samples to us once you have finished with them.
How accurate are the sample fabric colours on my monitor?
All computer monitors display colours differently and these can vary considerably. This is why we recommend ordering free samples prior to placing your order.
*Please note that we recommend ordering all blinds for the same room together to ensure that the same batch of fabrics are used. Dye lot variation can appear between finished blinds and colour samples. The variances are minimal, but they can occur.

How quickly will I receive my free samples?
Once you have placed your order for your free samples they are sent out the next business day via Express Australia Post to ensure we get them to you in the fastest possible time frame.
How secure is your online payment facility?
iSeekBlinds ensures the security of all protected data transmitted to and from our site through the use of a server-based encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This security protects you from impostors, eavesdroppers and vandals that might otherwise access your information as it travels from one computer to another. With this security, you can send your credit card number to us without risk of interception. SSL security makes shopping over the Internet safer than shopping by telephone.

Do iSeekBlinds record my credit card number?
iSeekBlinds does not collect or store any credit card information. We offer you a choice of eWay or Paypal for all our online credit card transactions.
eWay is a global Omni channel payment provider, processing secure credit card payments for merchants around the world. eWay enables you to purchase with Master Card or Visa. Your credit card details are collected directly by eWay.
Paypal is a global payment platform that keeps your financial information securely encrypted so you can pay online with confidence. Paypal allows you to link all your cards and bank accounts and choose which one to use at checkout. Paypal also enables you to purchase with your Amex card.
The convenience of One Touch allows you to check out in just one click.
Do I have to pay over the internet? What other forms of payment do you accept?
If you would prefer not to pay over the internet, you can select alternative options as you proceed through the checkout process.

Direct Bank Deposit – When we receive your order, it will be placed in our ‘Pending’ file whilst we wait for confirmation from the bank that your payment has been received.

How safe is my personal data?
How will iSeekBlinds use my data?
Are your products covered under any warranties?
We manufacture our own roller blinds and curtains using the highest quality components and fabrics and take pride in the excellence of our craftsmanship. Each blind and curtain comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is extended to you as the original purchaser, for as long as you own the blinds in a residential application. iSeekBlinds warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for this period of time.
Plantation Shutter Kits are warranted for a period of five (5) years, colour for three (3) years (paint peeling off, severe fading and yellowing) and its componentry for a period of one (1) year, for any defects in material or workmanship..

What is your Returns and Refunds policy?
iSeekBlinds are custom made to your exact specifications, thus they are not suitable for resale or restocking. Please be sure that you check all details thoroughly before finalising your order. iSeekBlinds takes no responsibility for products that have been ordered incorrectly.
However, if it is deemed that the fault was made in production of the product, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Prior to purchasing roller blind motors and accessories for our retrofit program, we strongly recommend testing that your blinds are compatible using our testing kit. The testing kits are available on our website and checking your tubes with these kits will confirm if your blinds are indeed compatible and suitable for motor retrofitting. If you opt to buy motors without first checking, and then realise they don't fit, returning the motors to us will incur a $100 re-stocking fee. We will also not be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Motors and motorisation accessories are valuable items and are fragile and easily damaged if not packaged properly. Please be aware that if you are returning them, we will expect them to be in original condition with no damages.
What if I am not satisfied with the quality or craftsmanship of your products?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right for you. This guarantee covers you against any defects or production errors. If the product is deemed faulty, iSeekBlinds will replace the product free of charge. Alternatively, you have the option of asking for a full refund.
* Please note – this does not apply to a change of mind on the type of product or fabrics and colours originally ordered.
Origin of Products
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured by iSeekBlinds in our own Melbourne warehouse, with the exception of our Plantation Shutters which are manufactured in a separate Melbourne warehouse.
We believe in supporting Australian manufacturing where we can as well as delivering superior craftsmanship across all of our products.
